SSI understands that you are keen to replace you SSI Scuba Diving License and continue your Diving Adventures as soon as possible. Please enter your personal and certification details using the form below. SSI will endeavor to re-issue and post your replacement Diving Card direct to your home address within 24 hours of receiving your request.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not complete the whole process in this system, including the payment section, your request will not be processed.

Please Note: Postage to certain parts of the world can take as long as a couple of weeks to reach you. If your card is over 5 years old, we would request that you email a recent photo of yourself to replacements@ssithailand.com (no dark sunglasses in the photos please) There is a fee of 1,050 Thai Baht for this service which is inclusive of postage and local government taxes.
